Du möchtest mitgestalten, wie Lernen und Entwicklung bei Sony Music aussehen, und gleichzeitig hinter die Kulissen der Musikbranche blicken? Dann werde Teil unseres People Experience Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, Lernangebote zu entwickeln, zu organisieren und für unsere Mitarbeitenden erlebbar zu machen.

Was du machst

  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung, Organisation und Umsetzung unserer Learning-&-Development-Angebote, von Trainings und Workshops bis hin zu digitalen Lernformaten.
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Koordination und Umsetzung unserer L&D-Maßnahmen im Early Careers-Bereich, darunter Onboarding Events, 30-Tage-Talks & Midterm Feedback.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation unserer Learning-Angebote und hilfst dabei, Entwicklungsangebote für unsere Mitarbeitenden sichtbar und zugänglich zu machen.
  • Du koordinierst Trainings und Schulungen, stimmst Termine mit Trainer:innen und Teilnehmenden ab und sorgst dafür, dass organisatorisch alles rundläuft.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Auswertung von Feedback und Umfragen, recherchierst aktuelle L&D-Trends und bringst eigene Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebote ein.
  • Du unterstützt projektbezogen Initiativen und Projekte im Bereich Culture & Development.

Wer du bist

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Lernen, persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung und hast Freude daran, moderne Learning-Angebote aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Learning & Development sind ein Plus, ebenso wie Berührungspunkte mit HowNow oder anderen E-Learning-Plattformen.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert, packst gerne mit an und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen.
  • Du hast Freude an Organisation und Kommunikation, bist aber genauso neugierig darauf, konzeptionell zu arbeiten und eigene Ideen einzubringen.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse.
