Sonderpädagogik

Der Standort Riedtli im Schulkreis Waidberg wurde im Schuljahr 2025/26 eröffnet. Wir führen drei Klassen vom Kindergarten bis zur Mittelstufe mit insgesamt 21 Schüler\Innen. Für die Ergänzung unseres Leitungsteams suchen wir ab 01\. Januar 2027 eine\n erfahrene Leitung Betreuung HPS, 80%.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung der sonderschulischen Betreuung in den Bereichen Personal, Betrieb und Pädagogik
  • Personalführung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Betreuung mit einer Führungsspanne von zirka 20 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer bedürfnis\- und bedarfsorientierten Betreuung im Unterricht und in der Betreuung
  • Unterstützung der Schulleitung am Standort in der Planung und Umsetzung von Schulentwicklungsprozessen
  • Stellvertretung der Schulleitung in der Tagesorganisation am Standort

Profil

  • Abschluss im Bereich Sozialpädagogik auf Tertiärstufe (Fachhochschule, Höhere Fachschule)
  • Eine abgeschlossene Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft eine solche zu absolvieren sowie praktische Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im sonderpädagogischen Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial\- und Selbstkompetenzen, sowie eine klar integrative Haltung
  • Sehr gute Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Über uns

Die Heilpädagogische Schule der Stadt Zürich ist eine Tagessonderschule für 4 bis 15\-jährige Kinder mit einer kognitiven und/oder mehrfachen Beeinträchtigung. Als Teil der Dienstabteilung Sonderpädagogik bieten den Schülerinnen und Schülern, die in verschiedenen Schulhäusern der Stadt Zürich in separierten Klassen beschult werden, ein unterstützendes Umfeld und setzen die Schwerpunkte der interdisziplinären Förderung in ihre Stärken.

Unsere Teams an den verschiedenen Standorten in der Stadt Zürich bestehen aus schulischen Heilpädagog\innen, Sozialpädagog\innen, Fachpersonen Betreuung, Lernenden sowie Assistent\*innen.
