An unserem Standort im Schulhaus Allmend in Zürich Manegg suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Sozialpädagoge\in für die Tagesorganisation des Hortbetriebs, BG 80 \- 90 %.

Aufgaben

  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der \*innen im lebenspraktischen, hygienischen und sozialen Bereich unter Einsatz von ASS\-spezifischen Hilfsmitteln sowie Unterstützter Kommunikation (UK) und Metacom
  • Mitarbeit an der Erarbeitung individueller Förderpläne in enger Abstimmung mit der Stellenpartnerin und dem Klassenteam
  • Koordination des Informationsflusses zwischen und Klassenteams, Leitung von Hortsitzungen sowie Teilnahme an Schulischen Standortgesprächen und schulinternen Weiterbildungen
  • Prozessverantwortung für die Organisation der Tagesstruktur und der Ferienbetreuung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Betreuung sowie interdisziplinäre Kooperation im Schul\- und Betreuungsteam

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagoge\*in bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Engagement für \*innen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen sowie Freude im Umgang mit Menschen verschiedener Kulturen
  • Motiviertes, offenes und belastbares Persönlichkeitsprofil mit einem positiven Menschenbild
  • Hohe Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägte Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit der Fähigkeit zu vernetztem Denken und Handeln

Die Heilpädagogische Schule der Stadt Zürich ist eine Tagessonderschule für 4 bis 15\-jährige Kinder mit einer kognitiven und/oder mehrfachen Beein\-trächtigung. Wir bieten den \*innen, die in verschiedenen Schulhäusern der Stadt Zürich in separierten Klassen beschult werden, ein unterstützendes Umfeld und setzen die Schwerpunkte der interdisziplinären Förderung in ihre Stärken.

Unsere Teams an den verschiedenen Standorten in der Stadt Zürich bestehen aus schulischen Heilpädagog\innen, Sozialpädagog\innen, Fachpersonen Betreuung, Lernenden, Assistent\innen sowie Logopäd\innen und Psychomotoriktherapeut\*innen.
