Devenir partenaire stratégique des organismes publics, et participer à leur transformation numérique font partis des défis de nos équipes projets du Vertical Services Publics.

Notre accompagnement à la modernisation des SI des institutions publiques a pour objectifs d’améliorer le service rendu aux citoyens et d’offrir des outils aux agents permettant d’améliorer leur efficacité opérationnelle.

Les chantiers d’innovations centrés sur les citoyens passent par la mise en œuvre de technologies telles que la mobilité, le Big Data ou encore l'intelligence artificielle.

Votre rôle et missions :

En immersion totale au sein d'une équipe projet où la bonne humeur rime avec efficacité, vos missions sont :

  • Participation à la définition d'un SI répondant aux enjeux et contraintes
  • Réalisation de travaux d'analyse d'usages et de données, de maquettage et prototypage
  • Animation des réunions utilisateurs ou maîtrise d'ouvrage en proximité avec le client
  • Participation à la réalisation des spécifications fonctionnelles et à la qualification
  • Encadrement et formation de collaborateurs

Bien sûr, ces missions peuvent évoluer afin d'être aussi bien à l'écoute de vos envies et désirs d'apprentissage que des besoins du projet.

Qualifications

Idéalement, vous maîtrisez les méthodes, normes et outils de conception et modélisation de l'architecture fonctionnelle d'un SI.

Vous aimez faire partager vos savoir-faire, avez un sens de l'écoute à toute épreuve, vous êtes bon communicant, diplomate et pertinent, vous disposez d'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 6 ans sur l'accompagnement de projets SI sur ses aspects fonctionnels. Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire.
