Dit ga je doen

Als Platform Pioneer start je bij Sopra Steria in een intensief programma van drie maanden vanaf januari 2027, om daarna mee aan de slag te gaan bij de vetste klanten en projecten.

Tijdens dit programma word je opgeleid tot (Junior) DevOps Platform Engineer door te werken aan een realistisch DevOps-project. Samen met andere Platform Pioneers bouw je een modern cloud-native platform, begeleid door ervaren DevOps- en cloud-specialisten.

Je werkt volgens Agile/Scrum, draait sprints, geeft demo’s en sluit het traject af met een eindpresentatie alsof je bij een klant zit. Na afronding ben je klaar om ingezet te worden bij klanten van Sopra Steria.

Dit ga je leren

Tijdens het Platform Pioneers-programma leer je onder andere:

  • Werken met Git als single source of truth
  • Containerization met Docker volgens best practices
  • Infrastructure as Code met Terraform
  • Kubernetes fundamentals op Azure (AKS)
  • CI/CD pipelines bouwen met Azure DevOps
  • GitOps toepassen met Argo CD
  • Werken met meerdere omgevingen (DEV/ACC/PROD)
  • Basis DevSecOps en security scanning
  • Documenteren en overdragen van platformen

Functie-eisen

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in IT of een bèta-richting
  • 1–2 jaar ervaring in een IT-rol (richting DevOps, Cloud of Software Engineering)
  • Basiskennis van IT en/of programmeren
  • Interesse in cloud, DevOps en automatisering
  • Leergierigheid en de motivatie om jezelf snel te ontwikkelen
  • Je kunt minimaal 3 dagen per week op kantoor (Nieuwegein) werken tijdens het programma
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op professioneel werk-niveau
