Description du poste

Le vertical « Services Publics » regroupe les organismes de protection sociale, de la santé, du secteur de l’emploi, de la transition écologique et de grandes entités rattachées au ministère de l’économie et des finances. Notre présence globale dans l’écosystème depuis de nombreuses années et la connaissance approfondie des métiers de nos clients sont un atout majeur pour répondre aux grands enjeux de transformation impliqués par les réformes de l’Etat.

En tant que Product Owner, vous êtes responsable de la bonne compréhension, de la priorisation et de la traduction des besoins métier au sein de l’équipe agile.

Vos missions :

  • Vous participez à la définition et au déploiement de la vision produit
  • Vous organisez et animez les ateliers avec les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes métier
  • Vous identifiez, priorisez et formalisez les besoins fonctionnels (features, user stories)
  • Vous gérez et maintenez un backlog produit clair, structuré et aligné sur les objectifs métiers
  • Vous collaborez avec le/la Scrum Master et les Développeurs/ses pour construire la solution afin de maximiser la valeur du produit
  • Vous suivez les jalons, gérez les dépendances, anticipez les risques et faites arbitrer les décisions nécessaires
  • Vous assurez la cohérence fonctionnelle et la qualité des livrables
  • Vous partagez l’information de manière régulière et structurée auprès de toutes les parties prenantes
  • Vous savez traduire un besoin métier en solution grâce à votre compréhension d’une architecture logicielle

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur(e) ou équivalent, vous disposez d'une première expérience sur un poste de Product Owner.

Vous avez le sens du service client et du relationnel, en veillant à bien comprendre les besoins de votre client afin d’assurer des solutions conformes à ses attentes.

Vous savez et aimez rechercher des solutions innovantes, en comprenant les problématiques de votre client. Vous proposez systématiquement des solutions pour les surmonter.

Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de leadership et savez gérer le stress et la pression métier avec une position respectée et permettant la prise de décisions.
