Toezicht en coördinatie nodig? Daar komen onze projectmanagers om de hoek kijken. Je gebruikt methodologieën zoals Agile/Scrum en Prince2 om projectscopes te definiëren, tijdlijnen vast te stellen en resources te beheren. Als je ziet dat het project afdwaalt, ben jij er om het weer op de rails te krijgen - zonder daarbij effectief risicomanagement en budgettering uit het oog te verliezen.

We zijn op zoek naar een zeer gemotiveerde en ervaren projectmanager om ons team in Life Sciences te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft een sterke achtergrond in projectmanagement en een goed begrip van de GxP-regelgeving (Good Practice). Deze functie omvat het managen van projecten en specifieke GxP-gerelateerde activiteiten om compliance en kwaliteit in alle projectfasen te waarborgen.

Functie-eisen

We zijn op zoek naar gepassioneerde collega's die graag de grenzen verleggen op het gebied van digitale transformatie en technologieconsultancy. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Projectplanning en -uitvoering: Ontwikkel en beheer projectplannen, tijdlijnen en budgetten. Zorg ervoor dat projecten op tijd, binnen de scope en binnen het budget worden opgeleverd.
  • Teamcoördinatie: Leid en coördineer cross-functionele projectteams, waaronder wetenschappers, engineers en regelgevende professionals. Faciliteer effectieve communicatie en samenwerking tussen teamleden.
  • Risicomanagement: Identificeer potentiële projectrisico's en ontwikkel risicobeperkende strategieën. Monitor en beheer risico's gedurende de gehele projectlevenscyclus.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Betrek stakeholders bij hun behoeften en verwachtingen. Zorg voor regelmatige projectupdates en zorg voor tevredenheid van stakeholders.
  • GxP-naleving: Zorg ervoor dat alle projectactiviteiten voldoen aan de GxP-regelgeving.
  • Documentatie en rapportage: Zorg voor accurate en actuele projectdocumentatie. Bereid projectrapporten voor en presenteer deze aan het senior management en regelgevende instanties.
  • Continue verbetering: Identificeer kansen voor procesverbeteringen en implementeer best practices om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van projecten te verbeteren.

Kwalificaties:

  • Bachelordiploma in Life Sciences, Engineering of een aanverwante richting. Een masterdiploma is een pré.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in projectmanagement binnen Life Sciences.
  • Sterke kennis van GxP-regelgeving en -vereisten.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische en timemanagementvaardigheden.
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en teammanagementvaardigheden.
  • Effectieve communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • In staat om te werken in een snelle en dynamische omgeving.
