Mehr als 500 Projekte wurden von IFA realisiert, für rund 8.100 Investor:innen verwaltet IFA 4,3 Milliarden Euro Assets under Management.

Investment Associate (m/w/d) – Real Estate

Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Financial Models (Cashflow-, Rendite- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen) als Grundlage für Investitionsentscheidungen sowie für die Konzeption und Kalkulation von Immobilieninvestmentprodukten, insbesondere Bauherrenmodellen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsrechnungen für Immobilienprojekte und Investmentstrukturen
  • Erstellung von Prognosen, Budgetanalysen und laufenden Projektreportings unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und steuerrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen
  • Aufbereitung von Analysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationsunterlagen für das Management
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH oder Universität), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche oder in den Bereichen Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory oder Controlling
  • Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanz- und Cashflow-Modellen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und ein gutes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Freude daran, sich in neue Aufgabenstellungen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
