Soros Consulting söker nu en HR Business Partner till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Göteborg. Om uppdraget I rollen ansvarar du för den svenska löneprocessen och är huvudkontakt för HR-admin och lönefrågor från medarbetare och chefer, samt för externa leverantörer inom lön, pension, försäkring, förmåner och tjänstebil. Arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för den svenska löneprocessen och säkerställa korrekta och punktliga löneutbetalningar Vara primär kontakt för HR-admin- och lönerelaterade frågor från medarbetare och chefer Vara huvudkontakt mot externa leverantörer (lön, pension, försäkring, förmåner, tjänstebil) Hantera medarbetarens livscykel: nyanställning, onboarding, förändringar, ledighet och avslut Upprätta anställningsavtal och annan anställningsrelaterad dokumentation Administrera pensioner, försäkringar, förmåner och bonusprogram samt rapportera till myndigheter enligt kollektivavtal Administrera tjänstebils- och förmånsbilsprogram Säkerställa datakvalitet och efterlevnad i Workday, Agda, Benify m.fl. system (superuser) Följa upp semesteradministration Tillhandahålla lönerelaterad rapportering till Finance och andra intressenter Driva kontinuerlig förbättring av HR-administration, lön, förmåner och processer

Obligatoriska krav Minst 5 års relevant erfarenhet Minst kandidatexamen inom relevant område Djup kunskap om löne- och HR-processer God förståelse för svensk arbetsrätt och kollektivavtal Stark kunskap i HR-system och erfarenhet av att stötta HR-processer Goda analytiska förmågor och god problemlösningsförmåga
