The posting

Vi söker en erfaren krav- och verksamhetsanalytiker som även tar rollen som teamcoach i ett agilt utvecklingsteam. Uppdraget kombinerar verksamhetsanalys och kravhantering med stöd till teamets samarbete, arbetssätt och kontinuerliga förbättringar.

Om uppdraget

Du arbetar med verksamhetsanalys, behovsfångst och kravspecificering i nära samarbete med verksamhetsexperter, arkitekter, utvecklare och testare. Du säkerställer att verksamhetsbehov utreds, konkretiseras och dokumenteras i en tydlig kravstruktur och omsätts till lösningsförslag och utvecklingsuppgifter tillsammans med teamet.

Som teamcoach stödjer du det agila arbetssättet, faciliterar möten och främjar lärande och förbättringsarbete. Du representerar teamet i releasetågets coachsynkar och bidrar till samverkan inom ART:et.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda verksamhetsutredningar och samla in, analysera och dokumentera behov och krav.
  • Strukturera krav och tillsammans med teamet ta fram lösningsförslag och utvecklingsuppgifter.
  • Skapa förutsättningar för effektiv samverkan mellan verksamhet och utveckling.
  • Coacha teamet i agila arbetssätt och facilitera möten.
  • Stödja kontinuerligt lärande och förbättringsarbete.
  • Representera teamet i coachsynkar och bidra till samverkan inom releasetåget.

Obligatoriska krav

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att ansvara för och utföra kravarbete i projekt eller förvaltning enligt etablerade metoder.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av modeller, metoder, tekniker och verktyg, exempelvis Confluence och Jira, för kravanalys och/eller verksamhets-, process- och systemutveckling samt förändringsarbete.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att leda utredningar av verksamhetsfrågor som underlag till kravdokumentation.
  • Kunskap om och minst 3 års erfarenhet av kravställning enligt agila metoder, såsom Scrum, Kanban eller liknande.
  • God IT-kompetens och minst 3 års erfarenhet av kravarbete i IT-nära verksamheter, som länk mellan verksamhet och IT.
  • Minst 1 års erfarenhet som teamcoach eller Scrum Master i en agil kontext.
  • Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av verksamhetsutredningar kring eller kravställning på nationella tekniska tjänster.
  • Erfarenhet av användningsfallsmodellering, inklusive att leda och dokumentera användningsfallsmodeller i rollen som kravanalytiker.
  • Kunskap om informations- och/eller processmodellering.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom statlig myndighet.
  • Erfarenhet av kvalitetsledningssystem och reglerad verksamhet.

Uppdragsinformation

  • Omfattning: 100 %.
  • Plats: Stockholm.
  • Arbetsform: Hybrid. I dagsläget finns möjlighet till distansarbete 3 dagar i veckan.
  • Resor: Arbete på beställarens andra kontor kan förekomma.
