Soros Consulting söker nu en driven Project Leader till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Oskarshamn, inom pågående produktions- och digitaliseringstransformation. Om uppdraget Verksamheten genomgår en omfattande transformation som moderniserar både produktion och IT-landskap, genom initiativ inom produktionsteknik, digitalisering, automation och ett globalt transformationsprogram som omfattar både MES- och ERP-system. I rollen leder och koordinerar du projekt och förändringsinitiativ i nära samarbete med verksamheten, och kombinerar projektledning, förändringsledning och ledarskap för att stödja den pågående transformationen. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och koordinera tvärfunktionella team, projekt och utvecklingsinitiativ Hantera flera projekt och aktiviteter parallellt med effektiv planering och prioritering Säkerställa att projektleveranser möter krav på budget, tidplan och kvalitet Stödja och koordinera lokala aktiviteter kopplade till det globala transformationsprogrammet Hantera förändringar och prioritera initiativ utifrån verksamhetens behov Följa upp projektaktiviteter, risker, beroenden och resultat Coacha och utveckla teammedlemmar genom transformationsresan Representera verksamheten i relevanta möten och forum

Obligatoriska krav Erfarenhet av projektledning och/eller att leda projekt inom produktion, teknik, digitalisering, IT eller verksamhetsutveckling Erfarenhet av att leda och koordinera tvärfunktionella team eller projekt Förmåga att hantera flera aktiviteter och prioriteringar samtidigt Stark planerings-, organisations- och koordineringsförmåga Erfarenhet av förändringsledning eller transformationsinitiativ Erfarenhet av samarbete med olika funktioner och intressentgrupper Stark kommunikativ och social förmåga Flytande svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift Högskoleexamen inom teknik, IT, ekonomi eller motsvarande relevant erfarenhet

Meriterande Erfarenhet från tillverknings- eller produktionsmiljöer Erfarenhet av produktionsrelaterad digitalisering, automation eller IT-transformation Kännedom om MES, ERP eller andra produktionsrelaterade affärssystem Erfarenhet av att koordinera aktiviteter inom större transformationsprogram med lokala och globala intressenter

Personliga egenskaper Driven, engagerad och proaktiv Strukturerad med god förmåga till planering, koordinering och uppföljning God relationsbyggande förmåga Bekväm med att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt
