Vi söker två seniora projektledare till strategiska konsultuppdrag i en internationell organisation. Du driver komplexa, tvärfunktionella initiativ och skapar struktur, samsyn och framdrift i verksamhetens förändringsarbete.

Om uppdragen

Roll 1 – Strategic Project Manager

Du leder större strategiska projekt inom exempelvis kostnadsoptimering, organisationsutveckling, effektivisering och förbättrade arbetssätt. Projekten kan omfatta flera funktioner och geografiska områden och kräver att du samordnar många olika intressenter.

Roll 2 – Strategic Projects & Planning

Du kombinerar projektledning med strategisk planering och koordinering. Du planerar, samordnar och genomför affärsenhetens strategiska initiativ och säkerställer att aktiviteter och prioriteringar hänger ihop.

Båda rollerna innebär självständigt arbete i ett internationellt sammanhang med fokus på komplexa förändringsinitiativ.

Kvalifikationer

  • Omfattande erfarenhet av att leda komplexa verksamhetstransformationer och strategiska initiativ.
  • Mycket god förmåga att hantera, engagera och påverka intressenter, inklusive seniora beslutsfattare.
  • Erfarenhet av att skapa samsyn och driva förändring genom personer och team utan direkt personalansvar.
  • Obehindrad kommunikation på svenska och engelska.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från sjöfart, industri, tillverkning eller ingenjörsverksamhet.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i en global organisation med matrisstruktur.
  • Erfarenhet av projekt inom exempelvis produktprestanda, tillverkning, verksamhetsförbättring, kundorienterade initiativ eller liknande affärstransformationer.

Personliga egenskaper

Du arbetar självständigt och strukturerat och är van att skapa samsyn mellan olika intressenter. Du har förmåga att engagera andra och driva komplexa förändringsinitiativ framåt.
