The posting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, EPC contractors, and government/private sector clients.
  • Monitor and identify upcoming tenders through CAPT and other procurement platforms.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, EOIs, proposals, and business submissions.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure compliant and competitive bids.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain an updated client and project database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of business development experience in Kuwait's Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven experience working with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, EPC contractors, and major Oil & Gas companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait government tendering procedures.
  • Experience in drilling services, oilfield services, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • A valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
