  4. Generate reports and analyze data trends to assist management in making informed decisions regarding recruitment strategies and resource allocation.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry protocols and best practices, contributing to the overall efficiency of the data management process.
  6. Participate in team meetings and provide insights on data management challenges and solutions, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data protection regulations and company policies to safeguard candidate and client data.
  8. Train and support new team members in data entry processes and tools, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.
