Deine Aufgaben

* Du betreust den gesamten Employee Life Cycle administrativ - vom Eintritt über Veränderungen während des Dienstverhältnisses bis zum Austritt - und erstellst die dazugehörigen Vertragsänderungen, Bestätigungen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumente.

* Du pflegst und aktualisierst Personalstammdaten sowie dienstvertragsrelevante Informationen in SAP SuccessFactors und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Recruiting, Personalverrechnung, Führungskräften und weiteren Ansprechpersonen zusammen, um reibungslose Personalprozesse zu gewährleisten.

* Du unterstützt Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personaladministrativen Fragen und bist eine serviceorientierte Ansprechperson für ihre Anfragen.

* Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse ein.

Was du mitbringst

* Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, beispielsweise an einer HAK oder HLW, und bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personaladministration mit.

* Du verfügst über arbeitsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse oder bist motiviert, dir dieses Wissen schnell anzueignen.

* Du bist IT-affin, arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Tools und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors oder einem vergleichbaren HR-System.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und genau, verfügst über Organisationsgeschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein und überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit, dein serviceorientiertes Auftreten und deine Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 30 Wochenstunden (inklusive Ruhepausen) zwischen € 2.246,29 und € 2.791,39. Für eine exakte Berechnung werden deine Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
