Der SOS-Ballon ist der erste Sozialmarkt für Spiel- und Kinderwaren von SOS-Kinderdorf. Unser Sozialmarkt umfasst mehr als 200m² und mehr als 10.000 Artikel, die wir liebevoll, kreativ und teilweise amüsiert präsentieren und für den Verkauf in die Regale stellen. Wir lassen uns von unserem Material inspirieren und spinnen im Team viele kreative Ideen weiter. Dafür suchen wir eine humorvolle und verlässliche Person die unser Team an verantwortlichen und hauptamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen und Freiwilligen ergänzt. 2 Projektverantwortliche Mitarbeiter*innen Sozialmarkt SOS-Ballon, 05. Bezirk in Wien, 15-20h/Woche, ab 01.01.2027 und 01.03.2027

Deine Aufgaben

* Verkauf von Second-Hand-Waren im Shop inkl. Kassiertätigkeiten

* Aufbereitung und Sortierung der Sachspenden inkl. Preisgestaltung

* Kassaabrechnung und Monatsberichte, Erstellung von Dienstplänen und Begleitung von Praktikant*innen

* Organisation und Gestaltung von Schulungen / Infoabende / Treffen für unsere freiwilligen Helfer*innen

* Pflege von unseren Social Mediakanälen (Facebook / Instagram) und unserer Homepage

Was du mitbringst

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine Ausbildung im sozialen Arbeitsfeld mit Erfahrung im Einzelhandel

* erste Erfahrung im Führen eines Second-Hand Shops von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Teamfähigkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, vernetztes Denken, Kreativität und Hands on Mentalität

* Mut in einem freien Rahmen neue Dinge auszuprobieren und den Überblick zu behalten

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 20 Wochenstunden zwischen € 1.497,53 und € 1.860,93. Für eine exakte Berechnung werden die Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
