Als Mitarbeiter*in von SOS-Kinderdorf begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und machst dich für ihre Rechte und Anliegen stark!

In unserer Wohngruppe werden Kinder und Jugendliche, die aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht bei ihrer leiblichen Familie leben können, sozialpädagogisch betreut. 1 Sozialpädagog*in WG Flodo, 21. Bezirk in Wien, 30h/Woche im Turnusdienst, ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Bewältigung von Alltagsaufgaben und Gestaltung des pädagogischen Alltags in Absprache mit dem Team und der pädagogischen Leitung

* intensives Wahrnehmen und Beobachten des Verhaltens und der Bedürfnisse der Jugendlichen, sowie das Setzen adäquater sozialpädagogischer Maßnahmen

* duale Bezugsbetreuung

* Betreuungsplanung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Zielvereinbarungen

* Kooperation mit den Herkunfts- und Helfersystemen

Was du mitbringst

* eine nach Wiener Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetz anerkannte Ausbildung mit zumindest 120 ECTS aus den Bereichen (Sozial) Pädagogik, Erziehungs-/ Bildungswissenschaften oder Soziale Arbeit bzw. die Bereitschaft zum Erwerb dieser Qualifikation

* Erfahrung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen

* stabile Persönlichkeit mit innerer Gelassenheit und Flexibilität

* professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz

* selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 30 Wochenstunden zwischen € 2.580,82 und € 3.128,25 zzgl. einer 2%igen Turnuszulage (€ 51,62 bis € 62,56) und weiteren Zulagen für Nacht- und Wochenenddienste. Ein Nachtdienst wird mit € 94,63 vergütet, ein Sonntag ab 6h Arbeitszeit mit € 108,63 (unter 6h aliquot). Für eine exakte Berechnung werden die Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
