Mansioni: - valutazione globale dei bisogni dell’utente; - disbrigo di tutte le pratiche amministrative riguardanti la domanda di assistenza finanziaria, il rinnovo dei permessi, la gestione dell’assicurazione malattia; - gestione delle pratiche connesse alla locazione dell’alloggio destinato all’utente; - accompagnamento dell’utente nelle sue relazioni con i prestatori di cure, la rete sanitaria e sociale cantonale e comunale, con particolare riguardo a casi problematici; - accompagnamento dei minori nell’inserimento scolastico, in collaborazione con le istituzioni preposte, e dei giovani adulti e adulti nel percorso formativo e professionale adeguato; - accompagnamento di adulti nel processo di integrazione sociale in base alle esigenze e possibilità individuali

Requisiti: - formazione SUP in ambito sociale (titolo preferenziale) o accademica in ambiti affini - esperienza solida e comprovata nel campo dell’accompagnamento sociale (minimo 12 mesi) e nel disbrigo delle pratiche amministrative a favore di persone assistite; una precedente esperienza in ambito migratorio costituisce titolo preferenziale - ottima e comprovata conoscenza della rete sociale cantonale e comunale, dei servizi pubblici e privati e del territorio - spiccata sensibilità sociale, predisposizione ai rapporti interculturali - capacità a lavorare autonomamente e in gruppo - resistenza a situazioni di stress e a forti carichi di lavoro, determinazione e tenacia - rapidità, precisione, accuratezza nel lavoro - buona conoscenza di almeno una seconda lingua nazionale - buona conoscenza dei principali programmi informatici; la conoscenza dell’applicativo Tutoris costituisce titolo preferenziale

Dettagli impiego: - sede di lavoro Lugano - occupazione al 60% - impiego dal 01.01.2027, a tempo indeterminato - retribuzione salariale in base al CCL del settore
