Job Description

SOSi is seeking a Program Manager (Intelligence). They will also lead the program through stand-up and steady-state operations, coordinating with corporate recruiting, security, and transition teams to keep the workforce fully staffed and mission-ready. This position is for an experienced leader who builds trusted relationships with government stakeholders, manages competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment, and maintains high standards of accountability.

Essential Job Duties

  • Evaluate the reliability, relevance, and accuracy of source information, and identify information gaps, inconsistencies, and collection needs.
  • Produce finished intelligence products, including assessments, bulletins, target packages, and briefing materials, that meet established analytic tradecraft, sourcing, and quality standards.
  • Perform trend and threat analysis to identify emerging patterns, risks, and priorities affecting enforcement operations at the national, regional, and local levels.
  • Conduct network and relationship analysis to identify associations among individuals, organizations, and activities, using link-analysis and visualization tools to present findings.
  • Perform intelligence gap analysis and recommend collection priorities and research strategies to address unanswered intelligence requirements.
  • Provide direct analytical support to field operations, including research on short timelines, support to operational planning, and responses to requests for information from field personnel.
  • Prepare and deliver oral and written briefings to Government leadership, operational personnel, and partner agencies, tailoring content to the audience.
  • Coordinate and share information with other federal, state, and local law enforcement and intelligence partners, following applicable information-sharing, privacy, and dissemination rules.
  • Maintain accurate records of research, sources, and analytic conclusions, and contribute to recurring status, production, and workload reporting.
  • Handle classified, law enforcement sensitive, and personally identifiable information under applicable security, privacy, and records-management requirements.
  • Support quality-control processes by participating in peer review, incorporating feedback, and contributing to consistent analytic standards across a geographically distributed team.
  • Work independently on complex, ambiguous analytic problems while adapting to shifting operational priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a geographically distributed workforce of 75 or more cleared personnel, including through subordinate regional or site leaders.
  • Experience leading contract transitions or program stand-ups, including rapid recruiting, onboarding, and security processing.
  • Experience managing performance metrics, quality control, staffing, and recurring reporting under firm-fixed-price or performance-based contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary contractor interface with government contracting officers, CORs, and senior mission leadership.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Washington, DC area and travel to field locations as needed.

Preferred Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
