RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of Sotheby’s core business lines

  • Work closely with engineering leadership on resource planning
  • Work closely with the design team to develop mockups and conduct user research
  • Work with the data science team to understand key user/business metrics, testing plans and define measurement for individual projects
  • Drive project execution to meet its timeline by leading agile scrum sessions with development teams
  • Lead executive updates and stakeholder meetings
  • Write concise product requirements and summaries for new feature releases
  • Develop strong partnerships with both product and business teams
  • Lead working group meetings to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and raise risks ensuring business goals are met and support the strategic vision of each associated product.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • 15+ years product management experience, with at least seven years of management experience
  • Experience in a consumer technology environment
  • Experience building websites and apps that were successfully launched in the market
  • Ability to set and drive the big picture strategy for a cross-functional team, while also providing detailed guidance on individual projects
  • Demonstrated interest in user experience or art

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
