PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Apoiar a elaboração e acompanhamento do planejamento orçamentário, realizando coleta, organização e consolidação das informações de receitas, custos, despesas e investimentos junto às áreas da companhia;
  • Atualizar e acompanhar o orçamento, realizado e forecast, identificando variações, tendências e principais desvios;
  • Elaborar análises comparativas entre orçado x realizado x forecast, contribuindo para a identificação das causas dos desvios e seus impactos nos resultados;
  • Apoiar o processo de fechamento dos resultados gerenciais, realizando a consolidação e validação das informações recebidas das diferentes áreas;
  • Elaborar análises de DRE gerencial, receitas, custos, despesas, margem e rentabilidade, destacando pontos de atenção e oportunidades identificadas;
  • Acompanhar e atualizar indicadores de desempenho das áreas e da companhia, garantindo padronização, consistência e atualização das informações;
  • Apoiar a construção, manutenção e evolução de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade das bases utilizadas;
  • Realizar levantamento, tratamento, cruzamento e análise de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes e sistemas;
  • Preparar relatórios, apresentações e materiais de acompanhamento para reuniões gerenciais, Comitês e Diretoria, sob orientação do Gerente de Planejamento e Controladoria;
  • Apoiar os gestores das áreas na interpretação dos indicadores, acompanhamento de resultados e identificação de desvios;
  • Acompanhar planos de ação relacionados aos resultados e indicadores, contribuindo para o monitoramento dos prazos e impactos das ações implementadas;
  • Apoiar análises de viabilidade econômico-financeira de projetos e iniciativas, estruturando dados, premissas, cenários e impactos financeiros;
  • Realizar estudos e análises específicas para apoiar decisões relacionadas a custos, despesas, receitas, investimentos e performance;
  • Identificar inconsistências nas informações gerenciais e atuar na validação e conciliação das bases, acionando as áreas responsáveis quando necessário;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria e padronização dos processos, controles, relatórios e rotinas da área de Planejamento e Controladoria;
  • Apoiar projetos de melhoria relacionados a planejamento, performance, dados e eficiência dos processos de gestão;
  • Manter documentação e histórico das premissas, bases, critérios e metodologias utilizadas nas análises e indicadores;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de negócio, Financeiro, Contabilidade, Controladoria, Dados e demais áreas envolvidas na geração das informações gerenciais.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Formação:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência:

  • Experiência em Planejamento, Controladoria, FP&A, Controladoria Gerencial, Financeiro ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência com análise de resultados e indicadores;
  • Vivência com orçamento, forecast ou acompanhamento de realizado será considerada importante.
