Garantir o transporte seguro, eficiente e pontual dos produtos, cumprindo normas de trânsito/segurança e padrões de qualidade da empresa, com conferência documental e atendimento adequado no cliente.

CONDUÇÃO E TRANSPORTE

• Conduzir veículo de carga até os destinos designados.

• Zelar pela segurança na direção (direção defensiva, respeito às leis de trânsito).

• Cumprir prazos e janelas de entrega definidas pela logística.

ROTEIRIZAÇÃO E ENTREGAS

• Organizar roteiro de entrega conforme prioridade/localidade.

• Realizar entregas no local indicado, posicionando as mercadorias conforme orientação do cliente.

• Confirmar, com o cliente, os volumes/itens entregues e colher assinaturas/aceites quando aplicável.

INSPEÇÃO E MANUTENÇÃO BÁSICA

• Realizar inspeção diária do veículo (níveis, pneus, luzes, tacógrafo, itens obrigatórios).

• Relatar imediatamente anomalias de manutenção e solicitar atendimento conforme procedimento.

CONFORMIDADE E DOCUMENTAÇÃO

• Separar e organizar notas fiscais, boletos, pedidos e comprovantes de entrega.

• Verificar a documentação do veículo e das cargas antes da viagem.

• Etiquetar mercadorias conforme padrão do cliente e procedimento interno.

ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE E PÓS-ENTREGA

• Prestar atendimento cordial e objetivo no ato da entrega.

• Reportar eventuais não conformidades (avarias, recusas, divergências) com evidências e prazos.

CONTROLE FINANCEIRO E DEVOLUÇÕES

• Executar acertos financeiros ao fim das atividades, conforme política.

• Assegurar o retorno de embalagens/caixas plásticas e conferir mercadorias devolvidas na volta.

SEGURANÇA E CONDUTA

• Utilizar EPIs e seguir normas de segurança do trabalho e de trânsito.

• Manter conduta profissional, preservando a imagem da empresa e o bom relacionamento com clientes
