Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo do Cargo:

Planejar, acompanhar e realizar todos os entregáveis operacionais dos Projetos da Soul Trade, dando suporte direto aos Coordenadores/Gerentes de Operações

Principais atividades: Realizar o fechamento e a auditoria de campanhas e RVs, apurando resultados, validando evidências e identificando inconsistências.Gerenciar premiações de campanhas, acompanhando a relação de ganhadores, o status das entregas e os controles financeiros relacionados.Elaborar relatórios operacionais e de ações em loja, consolidando indicadores, registros fotográficos, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria.Desenvolver e apoiar treinamentos de produtos, elaborando materiais de capacitação, organizando cronogramas e acompanhando a participação e a aprendizagem das equipes.Realizar a validação de Perfect Store, verificando a execução no ponto de venda, incluindo sortimento, planograma, precificação, pontos extras e materiais de merchandising.Elaborar books fotográficos de execução e concorrência, organizando evidências de campo e identificando oportunidades e movimentações relevantes no mercado.Executar controles operacionais, inventários de estoque e gestão de materiais de clientes, acompanhando movimentações, saldos e distribuição de materiais de ponto de venda (MPDV).Conferir prévia de prestações de contas, validando valores, quantidades, notas fiscais e comprovantes antes do envio ao Financeiro.
