Estamos em busca de um(a) Vendedor(a) de Móveis de Alto Padrão para integrar um time de excelência. Venha fazer parte de uma equipe que valoriza elegância, exclusividade e inovação!

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Prestar atendimento de excelência a clientes e especificadores, com foco no fechamento de vendas e no cumprimento das metas estabelecidas;
  • Apresentar opções de acabamentos e acessórios, permitindo a customização dos produtos conforme o projeto do cliente;
  • Elaborar projetos personalizados de decoração alinhados às necessidades e expectativas dos clientes;
  • Atender clientes finais e profissionais na loja, realizando sondagens para identificar perfis e demandas;
  • Responder e-mails diariamente;
  • Apresentar projetos e condições comerciais com foco no fechamento de vendas e geração de pedidos;
  • Acompanhar e solucionar pendências de assistência técnica;
  • Participar de reuniões com projetistas, clientes e especificadores para apresentação e ajustes de projetos;
  • Acompanhar entregas e realizar demonstrações de produtos.
  • Realizar follow-up diário de orçamentos com clientes;
  • Manter contato com a carteira de profissionais e clientes, convidando-os para eventos, lançamentos e promoções;
  • Investigar motivos de inatividade de profissionais e buscar reverter a situação;
  • Planejar ações com antecedência;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme orientação do superior imediato, contribuindo para os resultados da equipe e o seu desenvolvimento profissional.

COMPETÊNCIAS NECESSÁRIAS

  • Técnicas de vendas e negociação;
  • Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade.

Desejáveis:

  • Leitura de plantas e desenhos técnicos (CAD);
  • Conhecimento em conceitos e tendências de decoração;
  • Noções de design de móveis;
  • Habilidade para estabelecer e manter networking;
  • Ensino superior completo em Design de Interiores ou Arquitetura.
