Deine Rolle

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und möchtest als Recruiter/in durchstarten? Dann bist du bei uns richtig!

Als Trainee Recruiter/in (m/w/d) lernst du das Recruiting in einem schnell wachsenden, zunehmend internationalen Unternehmen end-to-end kennen: vom Active Sourcing über Bewerbungsgespräche bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag. Du arbeitest von Anfang an aktiv mit und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Verantwortung. In der Rotationsphase lernst du außerdem weitere Bereiche bei Soulhouse kennen, z. B. Operations, Marketing oder unsere Studios.

Deine Kernaufgaben

  • Sourcing & Akquise: Du sprichst potenzielle Kandidat/-innen aktiv über verschiedene Kanäle an (Bewerberfunnel, Online-Plattformen, Social Media, Netzwerke, Workable, Bewerbermessen).
  • Bewerbermanagement: Du sichtest Bewerbungen, koordinierst Termine, führst Bewerbungsgespräche zunächst gemeinsam mit dem Team und später eigenständig durch und begleitest Auswahlverfahren bis zur Einstellung.
  • Vertragsmanagement: Du lernst unsere Vertragsstrukturen kennen und begleitest Gehalts- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Onboarding: Du unterstützt die Organisation eines reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozesses für neue Mitarbeiter/-innen.
  • Employer Branding: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und wirkst an Kampagnen, Maßnahmen und Workshops zur Mitarbeitergewinnung und -bindung mit.
  • Prozesse & Digitalisierung: Du lernst unsere Recruiting-Prozesse kennen, bringst deine Ideen ein und unterstützt dabei, Abläufe Schritt für Schritt effizienter und digitaler zu gestalten, z. B. mit KI-Tools.

Requirements

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Personalwesen bzw. Human Resources (HR), z. B. als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau.
  • Erste Erfahrungen: Erste praktische Einblicke ins Recruiting oder HR, z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder Projekte, sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Wichtiger ist uns deine Begeisterung für Menschen und Talente.
  • Fähigkeiten: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, kommunizierst klar und zielgerichtet und bist ein Organisationstalent.
  • Hands-on: Du willst Dinge umsetzen, nicht nur begleiten. Eigene Ideen sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.
  • Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Spanischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil, denn unser Recruiting wird zunehmend international.
  • Tools & digitale Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365. Du hast Lust, mit KI-Tools und Bewerbermanagementsystemen wie Workable zu arbeiten, oder bist bereit, es schnell zu lernen.
  • Sonstiges: Eine hohe Affinität zu Wellness- und Lifestyle-Themen und Lust, Recruiting und Employer Branding bei Soulhouse mitzugestalten.
