The posting

SourceCode started in 2017 as an idea sketched on a napkin. Today we’re an award-winning communications agency with teams in the US, UK, and Germany, working with some of the biggest names in consumer and B2B tech. We bring brains and hustle, humanity and technology, creativity and business intelligence to everything we do.

We’re looking for a creative, organised Senior Marketing Manager to own the SourceCode brand across every market we operate in, including the US, UK, and Germany. You’ll run awards, social, website, newsletter, and marketing programmes for the whole agency. Your job is to make sure our story is consistent everywhere and still lands in each local market.

You’ll work closely with our Global Executive Leadership Team (GELT) and leaders in each office. Together you’ll build the marketing strategy that grows our reputation, our pipeline and our ability to attract great people, then you’ll make it happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Global Brand & Narrative: Build the global marketing roadmap for SourceCode’s Growth Partner story with GELT. Keep the brand consistent across markets while adapting the message for US, UK and German audiences, (with possible additional regions to be added in future)
  • Creative execution: Create visual assets for social, presentations, and owned content.
  • Awards & Speaking: Own the global awards and speaking calendar. Find the right opportunities in each market, write the submissions, and track results to build SourceCode’s reputation as an industry and community leader.
  • Social Media: Run the social content calendar for every SourceCode brand and region across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other platforms, scheduled through Buffer. Drive internal sharing and engagement across all offices.
  • Website & Content: Own website copy across global and regional pages. Write blog posts, executive messaging and social content.
  • Case Studies: Solicit, produce, and maintain case studies for use in decks, award submissions, and the website.
  • Internal Brand Guardian: take ownership of templates, ensure internal adherence to brand guidelines and templates, voice, and identity.
  • Search & AI Visibility: Lead our SEO, AEO and GEO strategy so SourceCode shows up wherever people look for an agency, from Google results to answers in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Track how we’re cited and keep improving our content and site to grow that presence.
  • Newsletter: Run SourceCode’s newsletter (beehiiv and Linkedin), from contributors and internal reviews to scheduling. Track performance and recommend ways to grow subscribers and engagement.
  • Go-to-Market & Launches: Build launch plans for products, thought leadership and employer branding campaigns that support pipeline and revenue goals in every market. Plan what happens after launch day, across paid, content and social. Work with regional leaders, operations and HR to ensure alignment, both internally and externally.
  • Earned Media Amplification: Partner with PR and account teams in each region to push high-value coverage across owned and paid channels, and fold it into lead generation, newsletters and nurture programmes.
  • Events & Employer Brand: Own the global calendar of events, webinars and activities that support recruitment and employer branding, and recommend where SourceCode should show up in each market.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Strategically interpret data and present/deliver involved decisions and recommendations, prepare monthly global and regional reports with clear recommendations to hit our yearly goals.
  • Budget & Vendors: Help shape the annual global marketing budget and manage freelancers and vendors across markets for design, SEO, paid media and localisation.
  • Team Enablement: Host trainings and office hours across offices so every team knows how to use and support SourceCode’s marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years in marketing, demand generation and content marketing. Agency experience required.
  • Global perspective: You’ve marketed a brand across more than one country, ideally in the US, UK or Europe. You know how to keep a brand consistent and still make it feel local.
  • Data-driven approach: You let the numbers guide your decisions. You set clear goals, track what’s working across channels, and change course quickly when the data tells you to.
  • Awards know-how: A track record of award and speaking submissions that win.
  • Strong writing: Clear, compelling, on-brand copy across website, blog, social, thought leadership and internal communications.
  • Project management: You keep multiple markets, time zones and deadlines moving without dropping anything.
  • Strategy and execution: You’re comfortable on a small team where you set the plan and do the work.
  • Channel breadth: Hands-on experience running paid social and search to a budget, plus AEO/GEO, SEO, and events. You handle targeting, testing and reporting results, including work shared with vendors and freelancers.
  • Tools: Proficient with HootSuite, beehiiv, Buffer, LinkedIn business manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Budget management: Experience managing a budget.
  • Ownership: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You lead through initiative, ownership and collaboration across teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
