Public Sector Experience: Must Have

Background Information:

The Agency is expanding the Provincial Health Services Directory (PHSD) to incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities that improve provider discovery, referral quality, and healthcare navigation across provincial digital health applications. AI agents will consume PHSD FHIR APIs, Smile CDR, AWS HealthLake, the Agency Master Data Management, and other provincial digital health assets to provide grounded responses rather than generative opinions. The project includes development of reusable AI services, MCP servers, semantic search capabilities, vector-based retrieval, prompt orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and secure integration with SMART on FHIR applications and provincial healthcare systems. The implementation will emphasize explainability, auditability, privacy, security, and clinical confidence while supporting future AI-enabled healthcare workflows across the Agency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
