Executar e analisar os processos financeiros e as informações contábeis da empresa, assegurando a confiabilidade do fluxo de caixa e dos indicadores econômico-financeiros. Apoiar a gestão e os Conselhos Consultivos com análises, projeções e apresentações que contribuam para a tomada de decisão, além de fortalecer controles internos e a organização dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, atualizar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado, garantindo a consistência das informações e das premissas utilizadas.Realizar conciliações financeiras e apoiar a identificação e regularização de divergências entre controles, extratos e registros contábeis.Analisar cenários de caixa e sinalizar antecipadamente riscos, necessidades de recursos, desvios e oportunidades para a liderança.Consolidar dados financeiros e contábeis e transformá-los em relatórios e apresentações executivas para a tomada de decisão e para os Conselhos Consultivos.Analisar a composição das principais contas contábeis, compreendendo a origem e a movimentação dos saldos.Interpretar DRE, Balanço Patrimonial e DMPL, relacionando as demonstrações contábeis aos impactos das movimentações financeiras e patrimoniais.Identificar inconsistências em saldos e informações contábeis, questionar os números e articular os ajustes necessários com as áreas responsáveis.Analisar o resultado da empresa e explicar as principais variações, incluindo EBITDA, margem operacional e margem líquida.Apoiar projeções, estudos e análises econômico-financeiras, fornecendo informações confiáveis para decisões de curto e médio prazo.Executar e aprimorar controles internos, documentando processos, fluxos, critérios, responsabilidades e evidências de execução.Organizar demandas e backlog da área, apoiar a priorização, acompanhar atividades e prazos e dar visibilidade sobre impedimentos e entregas.Aplicar práticas de metodologias ágeis e Scrum na condução das rotinas e projetos da área, adequando-as ao contexto do negócio.Propor melhorias nos relatórios, controles e processos, buscando maior confiabilidade, agilidade e redução de retrabalho.Atuar com autonomia nas atividades recorrentes e envolver a liderança nas situações de maior complexidade, risco ou impacto para o negócio.Participar dos projetos socioambientais e de voluntariado corporativo promovidos pela empresa.Manter organizados e atualizados os documentos físicos e digitais, conforme os procedimentos internos.Realizar outras atividades correlatas à função, quando designado pela liderança, contribuindo para os objetivos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Ciências Contábeis será considerado diferencial.Desejável experiência mínima de 2 a 3 anos em rotinas financeiras, análises de caixa e interface com informações contábeis.
