Executar rotinas de apoio às atividades comerciais, auxiliando no controle de informações, organização de materiais, acompanhamento de processos e suporte às equipes de vendas, visando contribuir para a performance comercial da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte nas rotinas administrativas da área Comercial, colaborando na elaboração de relatórios e documentos, garantindo a correta execução dentro dos prazos e seguindo as diretrizes estabelecidas. Auxiliar no relacionamento com corretores parceiros e imobiliárias. Atualizar planilhas e relatórios com dados de desempenho comercial. Monitorar metas e resultados das equipes de corretores. Auxiliar na organização de lançamentos, eventos e campanhas de vendas. Acompanhar a disponibilidade de produtos e atualizar materiais de apoio à venda. Coletar feedbacks do time comercial e sinalizar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos. Acompanhar as ações do time de marketing para garantir alinhamento com as demandas comerciais.Auxiliar no fluxo do processo de venda. Lançar notas fiscais referentes às despesas comerciais. Conduzir o processo de Onboarding dos corretores. Apoiar ações internas de clima e engajamento. Organizar e executar rituais de engajamento e performance comercial. Apoiar o acompanhamento de leads comerciais. Realizar monitoramento de indicadores da área comercial. Elaborar e atualizar relatórios comerciais. Participar dos projetos socioambientais e de voluntariado corporativo promovidos pela empresa. Manter a organização e atualização dos documentos físicos e digitais, conforme procedimentos internos. Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função, sempre que designado por sua liderança imediata, contribuindo de forma proativa para o alcance dos objetivos da área.
