Oferecer suporte ao departamento de Engenharia no controle e acompanhamento das obras, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, custos e padrões de qualidade definidos pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte nas rotinas administrativas da área de Engenharia, colaborando na elaboração de relatórios e documentos, garantindo a correta execução dentro dos prazos e seguindo as diretrizes estabelecidas. Apoiar na elaboração de cronogramas de serviços, informando datas de início e término, além de dimensionar a equipe necessária para execução. Realizar levantamento de materiais e mão de obra por etapa da obra, elaborando mapas de cotação, solicitando orçamentos e encaminhando para aprovação. Solicitar compras de materiais por meio de requisições, acompanhando entregas junto ao Almoxarifado. Auxiliar os encarregados quanto aos projetos, esclarecendo dúvidas técnicas e acompanhando a execução diária para verificar conformidade com cronograma e projeto. Atualizar registros e controles da obra, incluindo diário de obra, quadro de serviços, estoque de materiais, produtividade e consumo por apartamento. Realizar medições de serviços das equipes internas e terceirizadas. Apoiar visitas de corretores e clientes em obra, prestando orientações e esclarecimentos quando necessário. Acompanhar vistorias da Incorporadora e dos clientes nos apartamentos, providenciando ajustes e correções quando necessários. Conferir apartamentos finalizados com base em checklist, assegurando a conformidade com os padrões da empresa. Apoiar na organização e participação de reuniões semanais de programação, reportando evolução física e pendências. Auxiliar nos treinamentos de novos colaboradores e orientar estagiários quanto às rotinas e procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade. Participar dos projetos socioambientais e de voluntariado corporativo promovidos pela empresa. Manter a organização e atualização dos documentos físicos e digitais, conforme procedimentos internos. Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função, sempre que designado por sua liderança imediata, contribuindo de forma proativa para o alcance dos objetivos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável Ensino Superior Cursando Engenharia Civil.
