The posting

Ser o braço operacional interno para a equipe de campo, dando suporte em backoffice com registros, acompanhamento de ações, projetos da área ou da equipe de campo. Transversalmente contribuir com insumos para automações, escalonamento de resultados, inteligência e eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidades:

  • Compras: cotar, solicitar e acompanhar a compra de brindes, prêmios, materiais de ponto de venda e equipamentos para ações e parceiros.
  • Logística e despachos: organizar o envio de equipamentos, kits e materiais para as praças com rastreio até a entrega.
  • Comunicação com o campo: enviar e acompanhar as mensagens do time para postos e grupos (campanhas, rankings e resultados), conforme textos aprovados pela liderança.
  • Indicadores de performance: atualizar os números do time (volume por praça e por rede, ranking de postos, cumprimento de rota e positivação) e montar o score da reunião semanal de resultados.
  • Premiação: consolidar a apuração enviada pela área de Inteligência, conferir os valores e preparar os pagamentos de premiação para aprovação da liderança e Financeiro.
  • Agenda e controles: apoiar a agenda de campo do gestor, organizar as viagens ao interior e manter em dia o checklist de controle do time e o banco de tarefas.
  • Contribuir ativamente em projetos da área.

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia, Logística, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Ciências Contábeis ou cursos de dados e tecnologia;
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar por no mínimo 1 ano;
  • Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Sheets intermediário (fórmulas, filtros e tabelas dinâmicas);
  • Organização e atenção a detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação escrita;
  • Disponibilidade para estágio presencial 4 dias na semana, com flexibilidade de turno.

Desejáveis:

  • Uso de IA no dia a dia de trabalho ou estudo (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) para automatizar tarefas e analisar dados;
  • Noções de dashboards ou BI (Looker Studio, Power BI) ou de ferramentas como Notion;
  • Experiência anterior com compras, logística, atendimento ou rotinas administrativas;
  • Interesse pela área comercial e por operações de campo.
