About the Team & OfficeJoin a high-performing content team passionate about live, local radio. From our Gosford office, we create top-quality content in a fun, collaborative environment. As Executive Producer, you'll lead Triple M's Central Coast breakfast show, Paddy & Maz and work closely with the Content Director to shape show strategy, execute big on-air ideas across the Coast and collaborate with our Brand Experience and Sales teams to meet strategic outcomes. You'll also:

Forward plan show content for on and off air purposes Collaborate with producers across the network Drive local and national tactics within the show Keep content compliant and manage the show's socials Scout future on-air talent and producers

What You’ll Need

Strong communication and talent-management skills Experience using Zetta, Phonebox, Voxpro and other editing software Be able to film and edit content from the breakfast show A solid grasp of contest and broadcast compliance A self-starter who fosters creativity
