Position Summary

• Responsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Education • Associate’s degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant

Licenses and Certification • Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545) • BLS

Experience and Skills • Technical Experience: N/A

Role Specific Responsibilities • Implements Plan of Care • Measures and communicates progress towards goals • Documentation is accurate, complete and timely • Provides supervision to rehab techs and students

Inpatient • Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines
