岗位职责： 1、准确记录用户信息，更新客户近况，维护客户关系，及时响应和反馈客户需求与意见； 2、负责顾客医美项目的电话邀约，达成当月邀约目标，确保用户订单在预期时间内核销； 3、担任线上咨询客服角色，解答门店在各大电商平台进线的用户问题（如美团、大众点评），获取用户的意向项目信息，促成下单并在预期时间内核销； 4、与门店沟通可治疗项目的排期，确保用户的需求与门店的供给达成合理匹配，并将用户的意向时间与其他关键信息及时发送给门店；

任职要求： 1、学历不限，有过医美网咨或咨询助理经验； 2、双休，能接受排班制轮休制，以及早晚班安排，具体以面试沟通为准； 3、为人亲和，有一定的耐心与细心，可举一反三的回答用户问题，让用户满意、放心； 4、口齿清晰普通话良好，可接受高频的顾客沟通；
