Wer wir sind Wir arbeiten miteinander, nicht nebeneinander. Unser Team ist engagiert, hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Wir unterstützen uns, tauschen uns aus und können auch über uns selbst lachen. Gerade dann, wenn der Arbeitsalltag wieder einmal mehr fordert.

Seit Dezember 2025 arbeiten wir mit dem neuen Fallführungssystem NFFS des Kantons BE. Noch läuft nicht alles wie am Schnürchen und genau deshalb gibt es einiges mitzugestalten. Wir optimieren und entwickeln, probieren aus, suchen nach Lösungen, die für unsere Fachgebiete nützlich sind. Deine Ausdauer, Deine Ideen und Dein kritischer Blick sind dabei ausdrücklich erwünscht.

Unsere Arbeit ist vielseitig, die Fragestellungen sind unterschiedlich und meist auch anspruchsvoll. Wir sind aktuell auf dem Weg zur Digitalisierung. Unsere Ziele verfolgen wir gemeinsam im Team. Bei uns hast Du die Chance, die Zukunft des Sozialdienstes mitzuprägen. Wir fordern und fördern - lassen Dir aber gleichzeitig den Freiraum und die Flexibilität, die Du zu Deiner Arbeit brauchst.

Was Du bei uns tust Du führst Mandate im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz, richtest wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe aus und berätst Einzelpersonen und Familien. Zudem bringst Du Deine Ideen in Projekte ein und gestaltest unsere Arbeit aktiv mit.

Was Du mitbringst Du hast einen Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit und Erfahrung in der freiwilligen und/oder gesetzlichen Sozialarbeit. Du bist belastbar, lösungsorientiert, begegnest Veränderungen offen und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen Deinen Humor. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
