Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsbewusste, dienstleistungsorientierte und freundliche Persönlichkeit als

Aktuar/in Sozialhilfebehörde und Sachbearbeiter/in Sozialdienst 80 % ##

Ihre Aufgaben Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Führung des Aktuariats der Sozialhilfebehörde mit der Vorbereitung und Protokollierung der Behördensitzungen, dem Erstellen von Verfügungen, Entscheiden und Korrespondenz. Zudem nehmen Sie rechtliche Abklärungen vor. Darunter fällt die Prüfung von sozialhilferechtlichen Ansprüchen und das Bearbeiten von Einsprachen und Beschwerden. Im Weiteren übernehmen Sie allgemeine administrative Arbeiten im Sekretariat sowie die selbständige Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Aufgaben in der Sozialhilfe. Sie unterstützen die fallführenden Mitarbeitenden in der Administration, arbeiten mit der internen Buchhaltung zusammen und stellen deren Stellvertretung sicher.

Anforderungen Für diese vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Aufgabe verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung in der Administration, vorzugsweise im sozialen Bereich oder auf einer öffentlichen Verwaltung. Sie sind eine offene Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative sowie einer strukturierten und exakten Arbeitsweise. Sie bringen Interesse an sozialhilferechtlichen Fragestellungen bzw. die Motivation zur Vertiefung und Einarbeitung in diesem Bereich mit. Sie sind diskret, belastbar, arbeiten gerne selbständig wie auch im Team und verfügen über eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise, stilsicheres Deutsch und gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, Kenntnisse KLIBnet von Vorteil).
