Wir helfen Frauen und Familien in besonderen Lebenslagen, engagieren uns in der Jugendhilfe und unterstützen Menschen mit Behinderung bei ihrer Teilhabe am Leben in der Gesellschaft. Unsere mehr als 380 Mitarbeiter*innen sind so einzigartig wie die Menschen, die wir im Alltag begleiten.

Damit diese vielfältigen Aufgaben gut gelingen, suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams der Offenen Sozialarbeit ab sofort in Teilzeit (mindestens 25 Wochenstunden) oder Vollzeit (39 Wochenstunden) eine engagierte

Sozialarbeiterin (w/m/d) im Anti-Gewalt-Bereich.

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns?

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Frauen im Kontext häuslicher und sexualisierter Gewalt gemäß Gewaltschutzgesetz
  • Vermittlung von Informationen und Kenntnissen für betroffene Frauen, im präventiven Bereich sowie an Multiplikator*innen
  • Hilfe bei der Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen
  • Netzwerkarbeit
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Dokumentation

Was zeichnet Sie aus?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit mit staatlicher Anerkennung (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung bei häuslicher und sexualisierter Gewalt
  • Beratungskompetenz in Fremdsprachen, insbesondere Englisch
  • Wertschätzendes und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Klient*innen und Kooperationspartner*innen
  • Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung im Team
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Verbesserung bestehender Strukturen
