Die Gemeinde Kaiseraugst ist ein modernes Dienstleistungsunternehmen für rund 6-000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner. Unsere Verwaltung erbringt täglich vielfältige Services für die Bevölkerung - kompetent, bürgernah und lösungsorientiert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres jungen, engagierten Teams der Sozialen Dienste suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Stellvertretung der Abteilungsleitung inkl. Verantwortung von Teilbereichen
  • Beratung von Einzelpersonen und Familien
  • Abklärungen und Mandatsführung im Erwachsenenschutz und Zusammenarbeit mit Familiengericht
  • Fallführung wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe gemäss SKOS und kantonalen Vorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Fachstellen
  • Spezifische Tätigkeiten aufgrund Ihres Profils im Bereich Soziale Dienste

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in gesetzlicher Sozialarbeit und im Erwachsenenschutz von Vorteil (Erfahrung mit KLIBnet)
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Empathisch, belastbar und teamorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
