Die Wohnhilfe der Sozialen Dienste der Stadt Winterthur unterstützt Menschen, die von Obdachlosigkeit bedroht oder betroffen sind.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung der Winterthurer Bevölkerung in schwierigen Wohn- und Lebenssituationen, Sicherung des vorhandenen Wohnraums, Suche geeigneter Anschlusslösungen
  • Organisation von Notunterbringungen und Vermittlung von Übergangswohnraum
  • Ansprechperson der Mieterschaft bezüglich Ablösung aus der Übergangswohnung, Hausbesuche zwecks Erfassung der Ressourcen für die Wohnungssuche
  • Abklärung sozialer, finanzieller und rechtlicher Fragestellungen sowie Vernetzung mit relevanten Fachstellen
  • Dokumentation und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Vermieterschaften

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit, kaufmännischer Hintergrund von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen in komplexen Lebens- und Krisensituationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialhilfe- und Mietrecht
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise
