  • nadzór nad zapewnieniem bezpieczeństwa użytkowania budynków i utrzymania ich we właściwym stanie technicznym,
  • przygotowywanie niezbędnych dokumentów do uzyskania pozwoleń na budowę,
  • weryfikacja dokumentacji ofertowo-projektowej,
  • organizacja przetargów oraz przygotowania zapytań ofertowych i SIWZ na prace projektowe i roboty budowlane, udział w komisjach przetargowych,
  • sporządzanie umów z wykonawcami robót,
  • sporządzanie kosztorysów,
  • prowadzenie rejestru umów i zleceń,
  • opis merytoryczny dokumentów księgowych,
  • nadzór nad wykonawcami, jakością i terminowością wykonania robót i budżetem,
  • odbiory wykonywanych robót,
  • wykonywanie innych zadań zleconych przez Zarząd Spółdzielni oraz organy nadzorujące.
