  • bieżąca obsługa nieruchomości w zakresie technicznego utrzymania zasobów Spółdzielni,
  • nadzór nad wykonywanymi pracami konserwacyjnymi i remontowymi, kontrola przestrzegania przez wykonawców zapisów umownych, w tym terminów wykonania robót, terminów płatności,
  • sprawdzanie kosztorysów na roboty, ich zgodności z zawartymi umowami,
  • kontrolowanie terminów wykonania przeglądów gwarancyjnych zakończonych robót,
  • przygotowywanie i prowadzenie niezbędnej korespondencji z użytkownikami lokali, wykonawcami oraz instytucjami,
  • współpraca z firmami ubezpieczeniowymi w zakresie zgłaszania powstałych szkód i egzekwowania należnych Spółdzielni odszkodowań,
  • prowadzenie elektronicznej ewidencji zgłoszeń,
  • prowadzenie książek obiektów,
  • udział w komisjach przetargowych i inwentaryzacyjnych.
