Somos una empresa agro-tecnología referente en latinoamérica. Desarrollamos y vendemos software para la gestión de cultivos que integramos con imágenes de drones e inteligencia artificial. Entre nuestros clientes se encuentran los productores de cultivos de alto valor más grandes del mundo.

Estamos en búsqueda de una persona analítica, proactiva, creativa, con ganas de aprender de todo y capacidad de trabajar en equipo para que nos apoye en el área de Customer Success. 

Estos serán tus principales retos:

  • Apoyo al área Comercial/Customer Success
  • Creación de reportes para clientes y para uso interno
  • Elaboración de indicadores de gestión (KPi’s)
  • Participar en reuniones con clientes, para detectar necesidades y proponer soluciones a través de nuestras herramientas.

Es importante mencionar que, si bien las funciones mencionadas son tareas recurrentes, se presentarán otros retos y funciones no detalladas de las que podrás aprender y crecer como profesional.

Te ayudará esta combinación de conocimientos:

  • Persona cursando el 8mo a 10mo ciclo de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o afines.
  • Manejo del inglés intermedio – avanzado.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel avanzado (p.e. Tablas Dinámicas).
  • Pensamiento lógico y crítico.
  • Buena capacidad de análisis de información.
