The posting

SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

  • Assist with pricing strategy and promotions development for both Starlink.com and third-party channels, partnering with finance, marketing, and commercial teams to design and evaluate programs that drive incremental growth
  • Own the operationalization of existing and upcoming business development and GTM initiatives, driving program management, deal pipeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline so initiatives move with speed and scale
  • Create data visualization and present analysis on leading and lagging indicators, along with clear recommendations and optimization planning to leadership stakeholders
  • Conduct new vertical, competitor, and market research, develop big-bet hypotheses, and perform structured assessments of broad business intelligence, target partners, channels, and direct GTM opportunities to inform team prioritization and resource allocation
  • Report on progress of strategy, operations, and GTM initiatives, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations directly to Starlink leadership

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven background in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, or chief-of-staff roles supporting high-growth or commercial teams in technology, telecommunications, utilities, or subscription-based services
  • Experience owning or supporting direct-to-consumer (e.g., e-commerce) channel growth alongside third-party or partner channels, with demonstrated ability to balance growth and minimize cannibalization
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking, with demonstrated ability to structure problems, build rigorous analyses, and drive recommendations to action
  • Familiarity with business development, partnerships, pricing strategy, or promotions in consumer technology, telecommunications, or adjacent sectors
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data fluency; comfort with accounting concepts, KPI design, pricing analysis, and building clear reporting for leadership
  • Demonstrated success operationalizing complex commercial, product, or direct-channel initiatives and driving them from concept through execution and scale
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to work effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • MBA or master’s degree with a business or technical focus preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
