The ideal candidate brings applicable industry experience, strong communication skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for contributing to a safe workplace that supports the advancement of human space exploration.

  • Lead training modules (classroom and online) for Production, Engineering, and all site teams on a variety of EHS & technical topics
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through practical tests, projects, and written exams
  • Organize, schedule, and manage enrollments, attendance, and student performance
  • Develop process specifications and research on new equipment, technologies and regulatory updates
  • Perform special assignments (e.g., leading safety audits, incident reviews, or process modifications in the field)
  • Engage Production Management, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other subject matter experts to gather feedback and implement process improvements for future training modules
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized resources and instruction (e.g., certified OSHA trainers)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 1+ years of experience as a technical/on-the-job trainer, conducting hands-on, instructor-led EHS or safety courses

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, engineering, or education
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in EHS, manufacturing safety, or industrial hygiene
  • 1+ years of experience as a safety trainer or EHS specialist
  • OSHA 30-hour or equivalent certification; CSP, ASP, or similar professional credentials
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and learning management systems
  • Ability to independently analyze, review, and research EHS processes, regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.), and applicable standards
  • Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of workplace hazards and controls (e.g., chemical handling, machine guarding, ergonomics, waste management)
  • Excellent oral and written training and communication skills
  • Proficiency with the development of training programs and materials, including student assessments
  • Experience with video editing and online training module development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience as a team-oriented self-starter, eager to meet and exceed objectives with the ability to handle a multi-project environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
