Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Startup aus München und haben uns vorgenommen, die Fertigung von individuellen Bauteilen radikal zu vereinfachen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und wirke mit, unsere Vision zu erreichen, die Fertigungsindustrie zu revolutionieren.

Als Technischer Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst bist Du das Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb und Einkauf und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Fertigungsaufträge. Hierzu bist Du in Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und Fertigungspartnern. Somit ist Deine Aufgabe ganz entscheidend für die Außenwahrnehmung und den nachhaltigen Erfolg von Spanflug. Deine Erkenntnisse fließen in unsere Produktentwicklung ein und sind für die Verbesserung unserer Prozesse unabdingbar.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Du überwachst unsere automatisierten Auftragsabwicklungsprozesse, stehst für Rückfragen von Kunden und Lieferanten zur Verfügung und setzt Änderungswünsche um.
  • Du arbeitest mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Logistikpartnern täglich an der Lösung von Problemen.
  • Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in allen Auftragsabwicklungsprozessen und gestaltest die Zukunft der digitalen Fertigung aktiv mit.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Einkauf und Buchhaltung zusammen.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv ins Spanflug-Team ein und unterstützt Teammitglieder mit Deinen Erkenntnissen aus der Auftragsabwicklung.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister, oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium
  • Optional Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungsindustrie, idealerweise im Einkauf oder Vertrieb von Dreh- und Frästeilen
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Verhandlungskompetenz
  • Optional Erfahrung mit CAD-Systemen und ERP-Systemen
  • Digitalisierungs- und Technologiethemen begeistern Dich
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und kannst Dich schnell in neue Themengebiete einarbeiten
  • Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift ist ein großes Plus, einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
