Deli Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Deli Assistant to join our team at SPAR Tonlegee Road, Coolock. As a Deli Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the deli operates efficiently.

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times
  • Prepare, cook, and serve deli products in accordance with company standards
  • Ensure food preparation and display areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable
  • Maintain food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock rotation
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Work effectively as part of the store team

  • Previous experience in a deli, food service, catering, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential

  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays, in line with business needs
