Vi söker nu en IT-tekniker som vill bli en del av vår IT-funktion och bidra till ett professionellt och tillgängligt IT-stöd för koncernens dotterbolag. Rollen passar dig som tycker om variation, problemlösning och att göra teknik enkelt och begripligt för andra.

Din arbetsplats blir på moderbolagets huvudkontor i Kineum, mitt i Gårda i Göteborg. Här arbetar du i moderna och inspirerande lokaler med närhet till både city, kommunikationer, restauranger och service.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Hjälpa användarna med IT-relaterade frågor och problem
  • Felsökning och incidenthantering
  • Installation, konfiguration och underhåll av hårdvara och mjukvara
  • Dokumentera lösningar och rutiner
  • Bidra till att utveckla arbetssätt och förbättra användarupplevelsen inom IT

Vi söker dig med

  • Minst 3 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet
  • Utbildning inom området är meriterande
  • Erfarenhet av 1- och 2-line support
  • God erfarenhet av Microsoft 365-administration, inkl. SharePoint, Exchange Online och Entra ID
  • Erfarenhet av felsökning inom klient-, nätverks- och systemmiljöer
  • God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
