Som projektledare hos El och Montage i Syd AB ansvarar du för att planera, leda och följa upp projekt från start till avslut. Du arbetar nära kunder, medarbetare och samarbetspartners för att säkerställa att projekten genomförs säkert, effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Du kliver in i ett sammansvetsat team där man ställer upp för varandra och jobbar med en tydlig laganda. Rollen innebär ansvar för både den dagliga projektstyrningen och en god kunddialog.

Du utgår från vårt kontor i Lund och arbetar med varierande uppdrag inom elinstallation, service och ombyggnad.

Arbetsuppgifter

Leda ett projekt från början till slut

  • Räkna på projekt
  • Planera, leda och följa upp projekt från uppstart till färdigställande
  • Ansvara för projektens tidplan, bemanning, ekonomi och kvalitet
  • Samordna medarbetare, underentreprenörer, leverantörer och andra samarbetspartners
  • Säkerställa att arbetet utförs enligt gällande krav på arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och kvalitet
  • Ha löpande kontakt med kunder och följa upp deras behov och förväntningar
  • Hantera projektadministration, dokumentation och ekonomisk uppföljning
  • Bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt och långsiktiga kundrelationer

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet och eller utbildning av projektledning inom el eller närliggande installationsverksamhet
  • Har god förståelse för elbranschen och projektens genomförande
  • Är van att planera resurser och följa upp tid, kvalitet och ekonomi
  • Har god datorvana och kan hantera projektadministration och dokumentation
  • Kommunicerar väl på svenska i tal och skrift
  • Har B-körkort

Meriterande

• Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta som elektriker

• Erfarenhet av kalkyl och att räkna på projekt
