Hou je van een boekhouding die klopt, tot in de kleinste details? En krijg je voldoening van facturen die correct verwerkt zijn en dossiers die netjes afgerond worden?

Bij Spardex zoeken we een ervaren AP/AR Accountant die overzicht houdt, zorgvuldig werkt en begrijpt wat er achter elke boeking zit.

Spardex helpt ondernemers vooruit met financiering. We groeien snel en verwerken dagelijks heel wat financiële transacties. Daarom rekenen we op een betrouwbare boekhouding als stevige basis voor onze verdere groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Als AP/AR Accountant zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse aankoop- en verkoopboekhouding correct en vlot verloopt.

Je verwerkt maandelijks ongeveer 1.000 documenten: een combinatie van 400 facturen en 600 boetes. Je werkt hiervoor met Exact Online.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Facturen verwerken: je boekt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen correct en tijdig.
  • Boetes opvolgen: je verwerkt ontvangen boetes en factureert ze waar nodig door aan klanten.
  • Betalingen afpunten: je koppelt betalingen aan facturen en controleert op verschillen of dubbele betalingen.
  • Dossiers opvolgen: je houdt openstaande posten in de gaten en zorgt dat afwijkingen worden uitgeklaard.
  • Communicatie beheren: je volgt de finance-mailbox op en beantwoordt vragen van klanten en leveranciers.

Je werkt zelfstandig aan je dagelijkse taken en rapporteert aan de Senior Accountant.

Je boekt bewust, niet op automatische piloot

Een correcte boeking lijkt vanzelfsprekend. Toch maakt juist daar jouw ervaring het verschil.

Je begrijpt de impact van wat je boekt. Merk je een afwijking op? Dan zoek je uit wat er speelt. Je houdt ervan wanneer alles klopt en netjes is afgehandeld.

Een groot deel van je werk bestaat uit terugkerende taken. Dat past bij jou: je haalt voldoening uit een duidelijke werkstructuur en een boekhouding die op orde is.

Tegelijk staat Spardex open voor slimmere manieren van werken. We onderzoeken hoe automatisering en AI repetitieve handelingen kunnen vereenvoudigen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt al ervaring in AP/AR-boekhouding en weet wat er nodig is om dagelijkse transacties correct te verwerken.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met aankoop- en verkoopboekingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je begrijpt de boekhoudkundige impact van je werk.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt zaken op tot ze afgerond zijn.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een operationele functie met terugkerende werkzaamheden.

Ervaring met Exact Online, grote transactievolumes of de lease- en verhuursector is een extra troef.
