VODITELJ ASORTIMANA U SEKTORU NABAVE PREHRANE (M/Ž)

Na ovoj poziciji ćete:

  • upravljati asortimanom i razvijati dodijeljene kategorije proizvoda
  • odgovornost za ostvarenje planiranih financijskih ciljeva (promet, bruto dobit, bonusi i dr.)
  • donositi odluke o odabiru dobavljača i proizvoda te voditi pregovore o cijenama, uvjetima nabave i formiranju prodajnih cijena
  • planirati i provoditi marketinške aktivnosti u suradnji s timovima akcijskog menadžmenta i logistike
  • koordinirati opskrbu robom i osiguravati optimalnu razinu zaliha
  • izrađivati, implementirati i optimizirati planograme za dodijeljeni asortiman
  • pratiti tržišne trendove, konkurenciju i kretanje cijena te pravovremeno reagirati na promjene
  • izrađivati i analizirati izvještaje te donositi poslovne odluke temeljene na podacima
  • razvijati i upravljati vlastitom robnom markom uz kontinuirano praćenje prodajnih rezultata i tržišne pozicije
  • osiguravati usklađenost poslovanja s važećim regulatornim okvirom (AZTN)

Što tražimo:

  • VŠS/bacc., VSS/mag.struke/struč.spec.
  • minimalno 3 g. odgovarajućeg radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • napredno poznavanje rada u MS Office paket
  • razvijene komunikacijske i pregovaračke vještine
  • sklonost timskom radu
  • analitičnost i proaktivnost
  • usmjerenost na rezultate
  • poželjno znanje engleskog i/ili njemačkog jezika
  • aktivni vozač B kategorije
